Classes are themed by the phases of the moon, seasonal energy and enhanced with essential oils, crystals and sound.

Seasonal Yoga Flow

An energising vinyasa flow class working with the energy of the seasons and designed to work in harmony with our bodies.  
The same flow is practiced each week for one season with the intention to create repetition and routine for the mind and body. 
In the beginning you may feel a little clumsy and unsure, but as the weeks progress you will begin to recall the next pose in the sequence and feel yourself blossom as you become stronger in each pose, empowered & confident.  
You will observe the changes in your body as you are able to go deeper into the pose, feel stronger and empowered.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is known as a bridge between meditation and yoga working with the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and myofasical release. We work with the principles of yin:
Time - Floor based poses are held for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Edge of Comfort - Different from restorative yoga, we work to your edge so you feel a deep release.
Relaxation - Releasing any tension from the muscles to allow a deep stretch within the fascia (connective tissue).
Many practioners have found yin yoga to be a transformational practise in their physical, energetic and emotional bodies.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the original form of yoga that most modern yoga styles are inspired by. We work with ‘proper breathing’, a deep yogic breath whilst performing a sequence of yoga asanas or poses from standing and balancing to seated and lying down. Always ending in savasana for a deep relaxation.
